Hallenstein Glasson Holdings Limited advises that Ms Glenys Shearer has
tendered her resignation as an independent Director.
Warren Bell, Chairman of Directors said "Glenys has advised that as a result
of her appointment as Executive Chairman of the Postie Group she considers it
appropriate she resigns as a Director of Hallenstein Glasson to avoid any
potential conflict of interest.
The Board acknowledges the valuable contribution Glenys has made to the
business and wishes her well for the future."
