Annual General Meeting and director nominations
ikeGPS Group Limited Executive Director, Leon Toorenburg, will not seek
re-election to the ikeGPS Board at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting on
Wednesday 29 July 2015.
Leon has advised the Board that he wishes to fully focus his time and efforts
on his role as Chief Technical Officer - based at the company's office in
Colorado, US.
Leon is one of the original inventors of ikeGPS technology platform and is
the founder of the company. Today, he is at the forefront of the company's
Research function, as it expands and enhances its products globally with a
particular focus on the US market.
