re: Ann: Director interest and substantial sh... Interesting,our 2nd largest shareholder(maberley)has just purchased 10,000,000 shares off our largest shareholder(dalaglen)at 14 cents per share.Which raises the question of,why would mayberley be willing to pay 14c per share now,then sell them to keaton in the takeover in december for the same price??It doesnt make sense unless they are expecting a bid higher than 14c???the plot thickens:)
