Intueri Education Group (Intueri) is pleased to announce that one of New
Zealand's most influential and connected directors, Dame Alison Paterson,
will be joining its Board of Directors from 18 June 2015.
Regarded as one of this country's most respected businesswomen and the first
female director of an NZX company, Dame Alison has been contributing to the
governance and leadership of well-known and respected organisations for more
than 30 years.
Her experience spans a broad range of industries in both the public and
private sector and she is recognised as having been a trailblazer for women
in governance roles.
Dame Alison says she is looking forward to understanding some of the unique
challenges the vocational training group faces being New Zealand's first
publicly listed education company. "Intueri has demonstrated significant
growth while maintaining an unrelenting focus on, and investment in, quality
and compliance ... this is no small feat in the vocational training sector."
Board Chairman, Chris Kelly, considers Intueri is fortunate to have secured
the services of Dame Alison.

this calibre sends a strong message to the market. We are obviously very
pleased to have Dame Alison joining us."
Dame Alison, who spent 15 years on the board of the Reserve Bank, latterly as
Deputy Chair, will head Intueri's Audit and Risk Committee.
This appointment follows Shareholder approval received at Intueri's Annual
Meeting on 21 May to increase the Directors pool and seek an Independent
Director to Chair its Audit & Risk Committee. Dame Alison will be required to
retire at the 2016 Annual Meeting, but can stand for Shareholder re-election
at the meeting.
Pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 3.3.3 (a) the Board has determined that Dame
Alison will be an Independent Director.
