Changes to the Board of Directors of Just Water International Limited
Appointment of Director:
The Board of Directors of Just Water International Limited ("JWI") advises
that it has appointed Brendan Wood as an independent director, effective 22
December 2014. Brendan Wood is a partner in the law firm, Daniel Overton and
Goulding, and has over 20 years' experience as a commercial lawyer.
Appointment of Chairman:
The Board of Directors are pleased to announce that Tony Falkenstein has been
appointed Chairman of the Board effective 22 December 2014.
Resignation of Directors:
The Board of Directors also wish to advise it has accepted the resignation of
three independent directors of the Company, Paul Connell, Simone Iles and
Brian Rosenberg, effective 22 December 2014.
Their contribution and professionalism during their time as directors has
been appreciated.
