Notice of closure of nominations, retirements and nominations of directors.

Just Water International Ltd (JWI) wishes to announce that nominations for
directors to be voted upon at the 2012 General Meeting closed on 28 September
2012.

One nomination has been received for Anthony Edwin Falkenstein to be
reappointed as a director of JWI and a resolution to consider this nomination
will be tabled at that meeting to be held on Thursday 25th October 2012.
