It's the bank of mum and dad, like a spare tyre in the boot to use if required . It seems symbolic and pragmatic and avoids corporate lenders getting an early finger (hook) in the pie. ie no one to mess with the boards plans and aims, seems to save a lot of money and time with no e mails too and frowing netween corporate lending entities, fees etc
