Agree berad.
There are no guarantees in this game and even when deals are seemingly inked with biotech there can be ponderous delays in execution post deal. Many bios have simply run out of funds waiting for their partners to deliver.
Its still not too late for the Board, or better still Ross and Stewart, to realise this is very poor corporate financial management and to pull these loans, thus keeping our funds relatively liquid and not locked up so we can meet any circumstances that may arise.
