Resignation of Energy Mad Director, Tom Mackenzie
Energy Mad co-founder, Tom Mackenzie, has resigned as a director of the
Company.
Mr Mackenzie's resignation from the Board takes effect from today, 24 June
2015.
Mr Mackenzie remains the 3rd largest shareholder in Energy Mad, and wishes
the company all the best for the future.
The Energy Mad Board does not intend to fill the vacancy left by Mr
Mackenzie's departure at this stage.
