DIRECTOR: MCK: MCK: 2015 ASM / Director Determinations
Millennium & Copthorne Hotels New Zealand Limited advises that the all
resolutions put to the annual meeting of shareholders held earlier today were
passed on a show of hands.
Existing directors Vincent Yeo and Graham McKenzie were re-elected as
directors and Aloysius Lee was elected as a director of the Company. The
Directors were authorised to fix the remuneration of the Company's auditors.
The Company has therefore determined in accordance with NZSX Listing Rules
that Messrs Richard Bobb and Graham McKenzie are the Independent Directors of
the Company. Messrs HR Wong, BK Chiu, Vincent Yeo and Aloysius Lee are not
Independent Directors.
