DIRECTOR: MCK: MCK: Determination of Independent Directors

Following the appointment of Kevin Hangchi to the MCK Board with effect from
1 January 2016, MCK has determined in accordance with NZSX Listing Rules that
Messrs Richard Bobb and Graham McKenzie are the Independent Directors of the
Company.  Messrs HR Wong, BK Chiu, Aloysius Lee and Kevin Hangchi are not
Independent Directors.
