MET 28/11/2013 08:39 DIRECTOR REL: 0839 HRS Metlifecare Limited DIRECTOR: MET: Director Resignations following RVNZ Sell-down Date: 28 November 2013 Media Release DIRECTOR RESIGNATIONS FOLLOWING RVNZ SELL-DOWN Retirement village operator, Metlifecare Limited (NZX: MET, ASX: MEQ) has announced the resignations of Geoffrey Grady and David Hunt (an alternate director for Mr Grady), effective today. The resignations follow RVNZ's sale of its 37.7% shareholding in Metlifecare. Mr Grady has served as a director on the Metlifecare Board since September 2012. The Board has expressed its appreciation of his service as a director of the Board. The company is likely to make new director appointments in December 2013.
