MERCER GROUP LIMITED - DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT
The Directors of Mercer Group Limited have appointed Mr Rodger Shepherd to be
a director of the Company.
Rodger is currently the Company's Chief Executive Officer. He is an
experienced CEO in the New Zealand market having previously held the roles of
CEO of PMP Limited and Deputy CEO of the Fairfax Group in New Zealand.
Pursuant to NZSX Listing Rule 3.3.1, the Directors have determined that Mr G
Diack, Mr S B Heal and Mr P Hewitson are Independent Directors of the
Company. Mr H J D Rolleston, Mr R Rookes and Mr R Shepherd are not
Independent Directors by virtue of their Disqualifying Relationships.
