DIRECTOR: MRP: Change to Mighty River Power Board
Mighty River Power today announced the resignation of independent director
Parekawhia McLean from the Board.
Parekawhia McLean is Chief Executive of Waikato-Tainui Te Kauhanganui
Incorporated and said she believes her resignation is in the best interests
of both Mighty River Power and Waikato-Tainui.
"We thank Parekawhia for her time on the Board and wish her every success in
the future," said Mighty River Power's Chair, Joan Withers.
