DIRECTOR: NFF: Announcement of Resignation and Appointment of Directors

The Board of Nufarm Finance (NZ) Limited advises that it has accepted the
resignation of Brett Sutherland as a director of the Company, effective 28
January 2016, as a consequence of his return to Australia. The Board wishes
to thank Brett for his contribution to the Company as a director since April
2014.

The Board is pleased to announce that it has appointed Phillip Hull as a
director of the Company, effective 28 January 2016.
