Matt will be an Independent Director (if elected),

It is important and recognised (Company's Charter) an appropriate balance between independent and non-independent representatives on the Board. Where practical and consistent with the Company's stage of development, a majority of the Board should be comprised of independent directors, and the Chairman should be an independent non-executive director.
~~ I have previously voiced disagreement the current board met the criteria for being classified Independent, a copy of the Board charter, note the appendix.

Matt has also offered to waiver Director fee's,
~~ any fee may seem trivial in the whole scheme of things given the amount of capital that has been exhausted but Matt is passionate about this, and that passion is evident in the whole as he has volunteered to step up where others would be looking to step down.

Matt's is aligned to all shareholders and is driven by an appetite to get the best possible outcome for a maximum return possible on our investment from any remaining assets, this passion of working for positive outcomes is also highlighted in his brief biography by taking on a role in local government representing the 120,000⁺ community.
