I cannot see what difference having a new director in place, FFX will be delisted in around 2 months, the 249D was blocked by the major holders and I feel trying to place a new director will also fail, delisting does not necessarily mean shutting up shop, it does mean you will get less information and unless you sell your shares to one of the companies like delisted.com then there is no tax write off as well,
