No one said the delisting and AGM go hand in hand, however if the AGM is not called in the next 4 weeks the company will be delisted before the AGM but everyone already knows this, I doubt the AGM will be called in time especially in the next 2 days, why would they, what’s the penalty for not calling one, suspension duh
