The Company is required to hold an AGM within 5 months after the end of its financial year (s250N Corporations Act).
The Company's financial year ended 31st December 2023 and the latest date under the regulations to hold their AGM is 31st May 2024.

As a listed Company, they are required to give a minimum of 28 days notice (not a month) to hold an AGM, thus an announcement to adhere to both the 5 month period and minimum notice needs to be this Friday 3rd May.

Under ASX listing rules, a Director by rotation needs to stand for re-election every AGM . .. ..
~ by my calculations, Fraser is up for re-election, he has made no indication if he is in fact going to stand, maybe he won't so having a Director Nominated may prove prudent?

We both know the ATO ruling has been a furphy to make everyone look busy.

Its like me asking the ATO for a NOA without lodging my return.
