It’s not your house. It is someone else. You leased for (say) 10 years so that you set up a hotel and start the business. You spent quite a good money to renovate and set the shop.

Now the house owner says ‘get f##ked from my house, I am not giving you the house Master key (ML), I don’t care what is in the lease agreement as you are fighting with your partner all the time. Now you are in the court (ICSID) not to vacate the house citing the lease agreement in your favour whereas the house owner is in process of renting his house with someone else.
The house owner might offer you one or two small room in the house if you withdraw the court case or they don’t care what you do.
