Yes it is extremely frustrating. The situation is that AVZ are legally and ethically in the right.

Dathomir, Cominiere, Zijin are corrupt thieves and dogs.

The problem is that the Minister of Portfolio, Minister of Mines, the President, CAMI, the DRC courts appear to all be in on the scheme and working together. They will not let AVZ have Manono unless they can steal a large portion of it.

Reading between the lines, what the MMGA guys are saying is that they are going to let the corrupt actors steal a large portion of the project in order to result in AVZ shareholders receiving something.

Going to ICSID will take 5-10 years and the DRC won't pay anything anyway. It is a bad situation. Some people are just cheating, thieving, scum but that is the way it is.
