    Remember having 2 of the MMGA muppets on the Board doesn't give them majority vote on any decisions. Yes, there would be mole(s) relaying info back to the Chinese which is a nightmare in itself, but they won't be able to simply drop legal cases or sell for peanuts with only 2 votes out of the 9.
