I can't recall how long it took but the important thing is that the MoM rectified it, consolidating 13359. IMO, she will do it again when she finds out. This illegal court decision forced MoM hand and signed off on the surface rights invoice to Cominiere (as they are illegally listed on portal as holder). Again, what is seen on the portal vs reality are two different things. The splitting of 13359 again has nothing to do with MoM and the signed invoice. That's just Cominiere and Zijin paying off the new CAMI. Looks like everyone has a price over there.
