1. Nigel is purposely hiring is Tanzanian friend in order to score them a pay packet, whose null result would be detrimental to both their careers and would increase the chances of Nigel's big day not happening for the sake of a few 100k.

2. They have a hired a "Tanzanian citizen and economist with vast experience in governance, project execution, private sector engagement and
international economic diplomacy." who would assist in bringing the transport routes to Dar es Saleem to fruition.
