Resignation of Non-Executive Director
The Chairman of Nuplex Industries Limited, Mr Peter Springford, announced
today that non-executive director, Mr Jeremy Maycock, has given notice of his
intention to resign as a non-executive director of the company as a result of
his increased work commitments.
Mr Springford said that the Board of Nuplex has appreciated the strong
contribution Mr Maycock had made since joining the Board in 2011.
Mr Maycock's resignation will take effect as from 1 November 2014, and, as
part of the Board's succession planning, steps are in train to fill the
position created by Mr Maycock's departure.
