DIRECTOR RESIGNATION

NZ Windfarms Limited advises that Michael Allen has resigned as a director of
the company, effective from 31 March 2014.

Derek Walker said that "he wished to acknowledge and thank Michael for his
contribution to the management and governance of NZ Windfarms over the past
four years".  He said the Board has commenced the process to identify a
suitable replacement director.
