DIRECTOR: NWF: Retirement of Directors
Vicki Buck and Michael Stiassny have advised New Zealand Windfarms Limited
(NWF) that they will not stand for re-election at the Annual Meeting to be
held tomorrow. As a result, they will stand down as Directors of the Company
with effect from the close of the AGM.
Vicki and Michael have invested considerable time and effort in seeking to
lift the Company's performance through very challenging times.
Both are pleased to see the recent significant lift in NWF share price, the
agreement with Windflow Technology Limited and ongoing improvement in the
technical issues facing the wind farm.
The Chairman, Derek Walker, said that on behalf of the Company he would like
to thank them both for their significant contribution.
