Well, if that is your take on it, at the end of the day the shareholders own the company and thereby it is their collective right to make such decisions. Certainly, no one else has or should have that right.
As an aside, I would be very surprised if any capital return eventuates, less than $10 million, while a nice pot of money is not a lot in this game. I would suggest that they will now really evaluate potential acquisitions and hopefully with Branch gone and new appointees (whoever they are) appointed they will be able to make an acquisition.
