DIRECTOR: OHE: Dr Lester Levy stands down as Director

Dr. Lester Levy stands down as Director of Orion Health

Auckland - September 11th 2015 - Dr Lester Levy has announced his decision to
stand down as a Director of Orion Health (OHE: NZX/ASX) and Orion Health
Corporate Trustee Limited.

After careful consideration, Dr Levy has decided to resign to ensure he is
able to fully participate in Board discussions in his roles as Chairman at
both Auckland and Waitemata District Health Boards.

On becoming a Director of Orion Health in 2014, Dr Levy immediately declared
this on his register of interests at both DHBs. He also implemented a process
preventing any potential conflict-of-interest by excluding himself from
meetings or parts of meetings where any issues concerning information
technology or Orion Health was to be discussed.

This process included Dr Levy not receiving any Board papers related to these
topics and saw the Deputy Chairman at both DHBs become the lead point of
contact for the Chief Executives on these issues.

Although this process had been working effectively, Dr Levy's exclusion from
discussions had resulted in some Board members and senior DHB executives
expressing a strong desire for him to be able to fully participate.

As a result, Dr Levy determined that the only way he could participate and
remain strictly compliant with conflict-of-interest rules was to resign his
position as a Director of Orion Health and Orion Health Corporate Trustee
Limited. This was the sole reason for Dr Levy's resignation.

Andrew Ferrier, Chairman of Orion Health, said " on behalf of the Board, I'd
like to thank Lester for his contributions to Orion Health. While his tenure
has been relatively brief, Lester's expertise, in leadership in particular,
has been very helpful to Orion Health given our global growth.

While we are disappointed to lose Lester from the Board, we fully understand
his reasons and priorities, and wish him all the best with his other
responsibilities".

Dr. Levy's resignation is effective immediately. Following his departure, and
in addition to the ongoing search for a further director to join the Orion
Health Board, consideration on a suitable replacement for Dr. Levy will begin
immediately.
