If things were looking very positive I don't think he would have put a price limit on. This implies to me he doesn't think he needs to hurry and buy at market price.... not a good look for me. Anyone heard anything about the Austrian permits, when I spoke to someone 6 months ago (Luke I think), he was confident of permits before simmer, and drilling in the summer???
