Im hoping that COVID won't affect drilling operations too much over the long run. Obviously if there is more movement towards recessionary tendencies (after the illusory dopamine hit of the 2.2 trillion stimulus the federal reserve anaesthetised investors fears with, wears off) gold is going to have its lid ripped off.
Ray Dalio has already moved about 4-5% of cash holdings into gold already...
Does anyone have any idea to what extent ground operations and drilling could be delayed by COVID? Just curious as to how long I should be thinking on this one.
