DIRECTOR: PCT: Precinct announces director changes
Precinct Properties New Zealand Limited (Precinct) (NZX: PCT) announced today
the following changes to the Board of Directors which are to take effect
today.
1. Mohamed Alhameli resigns as Director. Mr Alhameli was appointed to the
Board on 2 April 2012 by AMP Haumi Management Limited, the manager of
Precinct.
2. Mohamed Al Nuaimi joins the Board and is appointed by AMP Haumi Management
Limited, the manager of Precinct. Pursuant to Precinct's constitution the
manager of Precinct is entitled to appoint up to two directors.
3. Robert Walker will be the alternate director for Mr Al Nuaimi following
approval by the Board.
4. Mr Walker was the alternate director for Mr Alhameli.
