DIRECTOR: PCT: Precinct announces director changes

Precinct Properties New Zealand Limited (Precinct) (NZX: PCT) announced today
the following changes to the Board of Directors which are to take effect
today.

1. Robert Walker resigns as the alternate director for Mr Mohammed Al Nuaimi.

2. Anthony Bertoldi will be the alternate director for Mr Mohammed Al Nuaimi
following approval by the Board.
