DIRECTOR: PCT: Precinct announces director changes

Precinct Properties New Zealand Limited (Precinct) (NZX: PCT) announced today
the appointment of Launa Inman as an Independent Director Designate effective
today, pending her appointment by the board as director on 28 October 2015.

Launa is an experienced director and brings extensive retail expertise.
Launa has had a successful senior executive career in the retail industry in
Australia and brings strong governance experience from her roles as
non-executive director of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Bellamy's
Organic.  Launa was awarded the Telstra Australian Businesswoman of the Year
in 2003 in recognition of her business achievements. Launa will stand for
election at this year's Annual General Meeting, to be held on the 18th
November.

Graeme Horsley has advised his intention not to stand for re-election at this
year's Annual General Meeting. Graeme has been involved as a director since
2005. He has made a significant contribution to the company. We thank him and
wish him well for the future.
