DIRECTOR: PCT: Precinct Board changes

Precinct Properties New Zealand Limited advises the following changes to the
Board of Directors which are to take effect from 29 April 2013, the date of
the next scheduled Precinct Board meeting.
1. Anthony Beverley resigns as a Director. Mr Beverley was appointed to the
Board on 4 May 2010 by AMP Haumi Management Limited, the manager of Precinct.
Mr Beverley has been involved with Precinct since listing in 1997 when it was
then known as the AMP NZ Office Trust, and was appointed to the Trust's
Governance Board in 2003. The Board thanks Mr Beverley for his valuable
contribution to Precinct and wishes him well for the future.
2. Chris Judd is appointed as a Director. Mr Judd is appointed to the Board
by AMP Haumi Management Limited. Pursuant to Precinct's constitution the
manager of Precinct is entitled to appoint up to two directors.
Chris Judd is the Head of Property Funds Management for AMP Capital Investors
and is responsible for overseeing AMP Capital's Australian and New Zealand
unlisted Funds Management team. Chris is based in AMP Capital's Sydney
office, has worked in the property industry for over 25 years and has a broad
experience in Trans-Tasman property funds and capital markets.
