Pacific Edge Limited is pleased to announce that Bryan Raymond George
Williams has been appointed as an Independent Director of the Pacific Edge
Ltd.
The Board has resolved that Bryan Williams be appointed as a director
pursuant to clause 22.2 of the Company's constitution and that he hold office
until the Company's next annual meeting where he will be eligible for
re-election by the shareholders.
The Board considers that Bryan Williams is an Independent Director under
Listing Rule 3.3.2.
