SUSAN PETERSON APPOINTED AS INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR                              
                                                                              
NZX listed industrial property landlord Property for Industry Limited (PFI)   
is pleased to announce the appointment of Susan Peterson to the PFI board,    
with effect from today.                                                       
                                                                              
Susan is an independent director of NZX listed Trustpower Limited, Vista      
Group International Limited and Wynyard Group Limited. She is also a director 
of Compac Holdings Limited and The New Zealand Merino Company Limited. Susan  
also chairs the Audit and Risk Committees for a number of these companies.    
                                                                              
In addition to those roles, Susan is a Tribunal Member of the NZ Markets      
Disciplinary Tribunal and a past Ministerial Appointee to The National        
Advisory Council for the Employment of Women. Susan has been a long serving   
member of the Board of IHC and is a Trustee on the Fantail Network Trust.     
                                                                              
Prior to this, her management career included a variety of executive roles at 
ANZ.                                                                          
                                                                              
In welcoming Susan to the PFI board, Chairman Peter Masfen said: "Susan is    
one of a new generation of professional directors being appointed to boards   
of large corporates in New Zealand. We're delighted Susan has agreed to join  
PFI: she brings a fresh perspective and we look forward to her contribution." 
                                                                              
In accordance with NZX Main Board Listing Rule 3.3.2, the PFI board has       
determined that Susan is an independent director.                             
                                                                              
PFI's constitution and the NZX Main Board Listing Rules require that any      
person appointed as a director by the board must retire at the next annual    
meeting, but shall be eligible for election at that meeting. Accordingly,     
Susan will retire and seek election by shareholders at PFI's annual meeting   
on Wednesday, 15 June 2016. A notice of meeting for that meeting will be
