Pyne Gould Corporation Limited (PGC)
PGC wishes to advise that nominations for directors for its forthcoming
annual meeting are now open and the closing date for nominations is Tuesday,
26 November 2013. All nominations must be received by 5.00pm on the closing
date. Nominations may only be made by a security holder entitled to attend
and vote at the meeting, and should be accompanied by the consent in writing
of the person nominated.
Any nominations should be directed to the Company Secretary at PGC c/-
Deloitte, Level 18, Deloitte Centre, 80 Queen Street, Auckland.
