DIRECTOR: PGW: Resignation of PGG Wrightson Director

PGG Wrightson announces that Greg Campbell, a Director of PGG Wrightson, has
today resigned from the Board of PGG Wrightson Limited.

Mr Campbell was appointed as a Director of the company in November 2011.  The
Board thanks him for his positive contributions and wishes him well in his
new role as CEO of Ravensdown.
