DIRECTOR CHANGES
Trevor Janes has announced his resignation as a Director of Pulse Energy
Limited with immediate effect. This follows the notice of Dominant Ownership
issued by Buller Electricity Limited (BEL) on 8 January 2016 and the despatch
of the BEL Compulsory Acquisition Notice on 12 January 2016.
The remaining Directors of Pulse Energy Limited have pleasure in announcing
the appointment of Stuart Heal and Fraser Jonker to the Board of Directors.
Stuart is the Chairman of Pioneer Generation while Fraser is its Chief
Executive.
