DIRECTOR: POT: POTL announces Changes to the Board of Directors
The Chairman of Port of Tauranga Limited, David Pilkington, today announced
the appointment of a new independent Director, Julia Hoare, with effect from
20 August 2015.
Julia has extensive commercial, financial, tax, regulatory and sustainability
expertise developed during her 20 years as a partner with PwC. She retired
from the PwC partnership at the end of 2012 to pursue a full time corporate
governance career.
David Pilkington said "We are extremely pleased to welcome Julia to the Board
and believe her vast range of commercial expertise will add strength to our
Board."
Keith Tempest is retiring as Director at the Annual Meeting and is not
seeking re-election.
David Pilkington said "Keith has made an excellent contribution to the Board
over his five year term".
