DIRECTOR: QHL: Director Appointments and Resignations

Quayside Holdings Limited advises the appointment of Robert Bertram Tait as
Director of the Company and its subsidiaries effective from 1 October 2012.
Mr Tait is appointed as an independent director, replacing Mr Athole Herbert
QSM, who retires as Director on 30 September 2012.

Additionally, Quayside Holdings Limited advises the appointment of Paula
Jacqueline Thompson as Director of the Company and its subsidiaries effective
from 1 November 2012.  Ms Thompson  replaces Mr James Harvey Mansell, who
retires as Director on 31 October 2012.

The Board would like to acknowledge the contribution of both Mr Herbert and
Mr Mansell to the Quayside Group in their role as Director.
