DIRECTOR: QHL: New director appointment to the Board of Quayside Holdings

Quayside Holdings Limited is pleased to confirm the appointment of Dr Warren
Parker as Director of the Company and its subsidiaries, effective from 9
September 2015.  Dr Parker is appointed as an independent director.

Dr Parker is the current Chief Executive Officer of the Crown Research
Institute, Scion, based in Rotorua.

The addition of Dr Parker to the Board increases the number of serving
directors to seven.

The Board would like to welcome Dr Parker to the Quayside Group.
