Herb Hunt has joined Rakon as an additional Director of the Company. The
Board has made the appointment in accordance with Rakon's Constitution and
plan to recommend that Herb be reappointed by shareholders at Rakon's Annual
Shareholders Meeting in 2013. The Board have also determined that Hunt is an
Independent Director in accordance with the NZX Listing Rules.
A copy of Hunt's acknowledgement of Duty of Compliance with NZX Requirements
