DIRECTOR: RAK: Rakon: Springford Appointment
As reported earlier today Peter Springford has joined Rakon as an additional
Director of the Company. The Board has made the appointment in accordance
with Rakon's Constitution and plan to recommend that Peter be reappointed by
shareholders at Rakon's Annual Shareholders Meeting in September 2012. The
Board have also determined that Peter is an Independent Director in
accordance with the NZX Listing Rules.
A copy of Spingford's acknowledgement of Duty of Compliance with NZX
Requirements is also attached.
