RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR (PETER SPRINGFORD)

The Board of Rakon Ltd wishes to advise the market that Mr Peter Springford
is to resign from the Board of Rakon Ltd with effect from December 20th 2013.

Mr Springford advised the Board that he had recently taken on enhanced
responsibilities elsewhere.

The Board wish to thank Mr Springford for his contributions to date and will
consider a replacement during the intervening period.
