RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR (PETER SPRINGFORD)
Further to the announcement of 30 September, the Board of Rakon Ltd advises
the market that Mr Peter Springford has resigned from the Board of Rakon Ltd,
effective 11 December 2013 following Rakon's last Board meeting of the year.
Mr Springford advised the Board that he had recently taken on enhanced
responsibilities elsewhere.
The Board wish to thank Mr Springford for his contributions to Rakon during
his time as a director. The Board will review the need for a replacement
director.
Following the resignation of Mr Springford the independent directors of the
Company (in terms of the NZX Listing Rules) are reconfirmed as Bryan
Mogridge, Herbert Hunt and Bruce Irvine.
