I too have no relationship nor friendship with any of the former board of directors. I have been a shareholder for a few years.

I would like the current board to provide, through independent research, a breakdown of the status of all childcare centres and remediation works, including those acquired through the Genius arrangement, and which childcare centres that have been subject to divestment.
Until then the jury is out.

And by the way the Genius-Mayfield acquisition arrangement is now a significant conflict of interest IMO, and under any circumstance cannot be acceptable from a corporate governance point of view.
