Genius holds 34%

Michael Kroger owns 14% through JT Campbell Properties / JT Campbell & Co and Riversdale Road Shareholding and personally

Dean and Michelle Clarke owned 5.2% (presumably a lot less now)

There are also a number of nominee accounts which hold large %'s

@Saluna you were right on the 600,000 IPO shares - I found this in the original annual report:

"Of the 600,000 pre-IPO shares held by Dean and Michelle Clarke, 500,000 shares are held by D.W. & M.R. Clarke Pty Ltd (ATF D.W. & M.R. Clarke Family Trust) and 100,000 shares are held by Riversdale Road Shareholding Company Pty Ltd on trust for D.W & M.R Clarke Pty Ltd (ATF D.W. & M.R. Clarke Family Trust)."
