    Having been on a couple of Boards as NED and as Chair, one of which had the CEO on the Board, I am very opposed to the USA system of having a CEO in the position. The Board is there to guide and manage the CEO in my view. Therefore I am pleased the CEO is stepping back. A sensible move.
